DU 总理's Office

The chancellor serves as the University’s chief executive officer, providing administrative leadership for all campus 项目, 服务, operations 和 activities. The chancellor also sets the institution’s academic vision 和 ensures effective leadership 和 management of the campus, while reporting to the Board of Trustees 和 working closely with the deans 和 总理’s 内阁. In addition, the chancellor represents the University to Denver, the Rocky Mountain West region, Colorado 和 the nation, as well as to our global network of 校友.

The chancellor also ensures the University’s fiscal well-being through oversight of our resource development 和 fundraising initiatives. As a leader, the chancellor is a thought leader 和 champions innovation, 多样性, equity 和 inclusion as the University’s most essential values, both within our community 和 while representing DU in the higher education l和scape.

The chancellor is the chief executive officer of the University of Denver 和 exercises broad responsibilities for all aspects of the operation of the University. The chancellor reports to the board of trustees.
